Program Details

General Admission tickets are always available onsite at the museum. If purchasing
in advance, we welcome you to arrive any time during museum operating hours on the date
of your scheduled ticket(s). We suggest allowing at least two hours to tour the Knox,
Wilmers, and Gundlach Buildings. 

For our Members and Visitors, please review the following:

  • If you are an AKG member, please create a new account or login to redeem your free admission benefit.
  • Members who wish to bring guests may use their guest passes, which can only be redeemed onsite at time of check-in.
  • Children 4 and under are free but still need an admission ticket; this includes held children or children in carriers.
  • Please contact Head of Visitor Experience Megan Woloszyn at [email protected] for group ticketing options.
  • Change of plans? Please contact Visitor Experience at [email protected] to reschedule your tickets. Tickets are non-refundable after redemption.
